Apolis Activism approaches economic development not through charity, but by providing opportunity to communities worldwide. In one of their latest products, Apolis Activism has partnered with Filson in Seattle and the non-profit organization Invisible Children in Jinja, Uganda, to produce the “Philanthropist” briefcase. Based on the Original Briefcase model from Filson, and constructed with 17.5 oz navy canvas from Uganda, and sturdy English bridle leather, this bag will take years of use and abuse in stride.
