Pantofola d’Oro S/S ‘09 New Arrivals
Italian shoemakers Pantofola d’Oro have been making footwear in the town of Ascoli Piceno since 1886 and since the 1950’s they have focused solely on their renowned line of soccer shoes. The newest addition to their catalogue of handmade shoes is the PdO 1 collection, inspired by the sneakers made famous by Legendary Juventus soccer star John Charles who leant the company its moniker: “These aren’t boots, they’re slippers – golden slippers.” Pantofola d’Oro is the Italian for “golden slippers”.
The new arrivals are available in calfskin/nylon, and canvas – high-top and low-top configurations. Prices are available upon request.
